17 Israel has been saved by the Lord
With an (A)everlasting salvation;
You (B)will not be put to shame or humiliated
To all eternity.
18 For thus says the Lord, who (C)created the heavens (He is the God who (D)formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it [a]a (E)waste place, but formed it to be (F)inhabited),
“I am the Lord, and (G)there is none else.
19 “(H)I have not spoken in secret,
In [b]some dark land;
I did not say to the [c](I)offspring of Jacob,
‘(J)Seek Me in [d]a waste place’;
I, the Lord, (K)speak righteousness,
(L)Declaring things that are upright.
